I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working as an ambassador at University College Birmingham. Starting my studies at a new institution not knowing anyone wasn’t easy, but taking on this role allowed me to meet and get to know more people around campus.

Not only has being an ambassador helped to develop my communication skills and confidence, but it has also deepened my understanding of the importance of time management and organisation within work. Meeting new people is one of the things I have enjoyed most about this role, and I love the range of work opportunities that are available as an ambassador.
