Student Profile - Adam Oggelsby

"After studying Sociology, Media and Geography at A’Levels I was looking for a subject that would contain elements of these subjects as well as continuing my love of entertainment and sport. I’ve always enjoyed watching large sporting events and wanted to know what happened behind the scenes so when I heard about the degree in Entertainment Management I knew it was the one for me.

The first year has been really good and I’m looking forward to year 2 where we are going to put on our own event and get more involved in the more practical side of Entertainment Management.

I’d like to begin my career with pub management, starting off with a small operation and building it up from there. I’m sure this course will help me achieve my goals."
