Business Enterprise FdA

The best part of my course was the managerial aspects of business that I learned. I also got the chance to work in a professional capacity as part of a work placement and it really helped to improve my skills and knowledge.

I am currently working in a nursing role and hope to use my qualifications to improve the managerial structure within the hospital to help staff, patients and relatives. Every day is different when you work in care and I am very passionate about it. The business management side of my degree gives me the capabilities to improve my decision-making skills within a health and social care setting.

My advice to students considering taking this course is “go for it”. You will get lots of opportunities to develop your abilities and it will lead you to a bright future.

The success of UCB speaks for itself – the lecturers and staff are very kind and supportive and guided me through my years of study. There is such a ‘family environment’ there and it was like a second home to me.
