Enrolment for Home and EU students will take place between Monday 4 September – Thursday 7 September 2017, Summer Row, room 307.
It is important that you attend the correct enrolment session for your course.
(Please note that all EU residents’ enrolment will take place on Tuesday 5 September, and this has been separated alphabetically by surname as indicated on the enrolment timetable).
You can view the enrolment timetable here.
(Returning students can enrol online via an email from UCB. If you have not received this then please email: firstname.lastname@example.org)
When you arrive at UCB, our Admissions department will provide you with an enrolment form to complete and verify your qualifications.
What do I need to bring to enrolment?
- Your UCAS ID number
- Evidence of entry qualifications (if you have not already sent these to the Admissions department)
- Student Finance England Entitlement letter
- Student Finance England customer reference number, password and secret answer
- Proof of identity e.g. passport, EU ID card or British birth certificate
Upon enrolling, our Finance department will check your enrolment form and establish how you will pay your tuition fees. If you are an undergraduate student and have applied for financial support from Student Finance, they will check the details of your assessment.
Finally, you will need your photograph taken for your student ID card. Congratulations – you are now a UCB student!
