Undergraduate Part-Time Enrolment and Induction 2017/18
Home and EU students will enrol during the week commencing Monday 30th January. When you arrive at UCB, our Admissions department will provide you with an enrolment form to complete and verify your qualifications.
What do I need to bring to enrolment?
- Evidence of entry qualifications (if not previously sent to UCB)
- Student Finance England Entitlement letter
- Student Finance England customer reference number, password and secret answer
- Proof of identity e.g passport or driver’s license
Upon enrolling, our Finance department will check your enrolment form and establish how you will pay your tuition fees. If you are an undergraduate student and have applied for financial support from Student Finance England, they will check the details of your assessment. Postgraduate students will need to provide details of how they will pay their fees, agreeing instalment dates for example.
Finally, you will need your photograph taken for your student ID card. Congratulations – you are now a UCB student!
The induction week for new UK students will begin week commencing Monday 30th January and your formal lectures will start Monday 6th February.
Your programme induction week is designed to give you the best possible start to your studies by providing you with essential information about UCB support services, should you need support at any time. This is also an ideal opportunity to meet with your lecturers and fellow students.
