Making your Application

Part-time courses appeal to students who are working or volunteering in a relevant sector to the course being applied for. Students need to have an active email account as correspondence is sent electronically.

Part-time applications can be completed online for all courses and can be made directly to the University:

Part-time courses online application form.

Part-time Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools application form.

There are a number of different levels of part-time courses at UCB. We have:

  • Level 2 and Level 3
  • Foundation degree and BA/BSc Top-Ups
  • Postgraduate diplomas and Masters courses

We accept applications based on a number of different criteria. For information on entry criteria and when course intakes occur, please view individual course areas.

When to apply

We advise applicants to view each course separately as there are a number of different intakes and types of part-time courses. To secure a place, we advise applying up to three weeks before the next intake starts. This will allow for suitable processing time and for all documentation to be received.

The deadline for applications is one week before enrolment.
