Level 3 Professional Cookery 

I completed a placement at a boutique hotel in Denmark, working in all different areas of catering, from pastry and sugarcraft, to butchery, to even foraging for food in the local forest. If I had to name a highlight of the entire course it would have to be that.

My brother, my dad and my mum all came to UCB to study as chefs, so by coming here I was following in my family’s footsteps as well as simply going to the college I knew had the best catering facilities. I was blown away when I came to look around for an open day and since then my dreams of becoming a chef haven’t changed. I’ve now moved on to UCB’s foundation degree in Professional Cookery.
