Chef Catering Level 2 & 3 Diploma (Professional Cookery)
I have always been quite a good cook. Both my mum and grandma are really good at cooking and I have been taught at home.
I love the Chef Catering course at UCB. The teachers are great and the lessons are good with plenty of variety. I actually know someone who went to another college to do professional cookery and they dropped out because of the way they were taught.
It’s a two-year course and I am not sure yet whether to do the foundation year or go out and get some experience in industry.
Eventually, I want to have a unique restaurant overseas. I don’t want it to be a typical restaurant. I like all types of cooking but I don’t want to do pub grub or posh food. I want to do amazing food that isn’t super expensive.
