Bakery Level 2 Certificate & Level 3 Diploma

I wanted to do bakery since I was 13. It started as a hobby and then I decided I wanted to do it as a job. I came to the open day at UCB and convinced my parents. The equipment was really good and the modules and assessments sounded interesting. 

We have had a couple of assessments in bread and confectionery already. We did a yule log for Christmas and had to plan it out and work out the timings. You have to think on your feet and multi-task and I like the challenge of that. 

I am so glad I made the move to UCB and I am building up my career path. I want to do the Level 3 qualification and then the degree. I have always liked the idea of going to university and I like the fact you can progress to the different levels at UCB. You learn so much and there are so many opportunities. 

In the future, I would love to go to Paris for a bit and learn different ways of doing things in a different country. I want to own my own business and I would love to do patisserie or a general bakery.
