To help domestic cooks get in the zone for festive feasting, chef lecturer Gary Goldsmith will be staging a Twitter takeover of @UCBofficial during the countdown to the big day. Gary will be available to answer your questions from 11am-12pm on Tuesday, December 17.

Christmas is all about relaxing and enjoying yourself. But far too many home cooks get into a state because they take on too much and try to be too ambitious in the kitchen on Christmas Day. By following a few simple bits of advice, cooking for family and friends can be tremendous fun and I am delighted to be taking part in UCB’s Twitter takeover on December 17.
