Charlotte is online for a Great Career

Whilst most students take a part-time job whilst studying at UCB, not all of them find their work broadcast to thousands of people on-line, Charlotte Sendall, 3rd Year Culinary Arts Management student is the exception.        

Charlotte, from London, came to UCB after A’Levels and a gap year where she attended the Tante Marie Cookery School, taking an 11 week course in cordon bleu cuisine. After completing her years placement at Gordon Ramsay at Claridges she saw a advert for a chef to work on a new concept; The Stu, creating recipes, cooking and presenting them online.        

Consisting of an on-line magazine, youtube channel and lots more The Stu is for students and it's all about healthy eating and lifestyle while studying at university. The Stu provides loads of ideas for cheap dinners, healthy snacks and free recipes.        

Charlotte has written the recipes and appears in the films introducing and cooking them, she is also involved in the preparations for StuFest in the summer where fellow student foodies and UCB Alumni Ben Ebrell from Sorted will also be appearing.
