Good Luck to the UCB Toque d'Or Team

IMG1775On Saturday 18th June, at the BBC Good Food Show, the UCB Nestlé Toque d'Or team will be serving their specially designed menu to 100 paying customers when they take part in the finals of the competition.

The team of four chefs and two food service students have been working hard over the last few months fine tuning the menu and designing a concept for their restaurant 'Infusion' which will come to life for the day.

Chef Director David Colcombe of Opus Restaurant, Birmingham, has been mentoring the students in the run up to the event and is pictured with the group plus staff who have been providing guidance throughout all of the stages of the competition.
