Ben Ebbrell

Ben Ebbrell, from Hertfordshire is a former BA (Hons) Culinary Arts Management student, graduating from University College Birmingham with a First Class Honours Degree in September 2009.

Whilst studying at University Ben and a group of his former school friends developed the SORTED brand and are rapidly taking it forward as a business venture. Ben and his friends have now written two recipe books; A Recipe for Student Survival and A Rookie’s Guide to Cooking , with the first book selling over 10,000 copies to date. They anticipate doubling this figure by the end of the year. University College Birmingham is proud that Ben studied here and we are very excited and look forward to watching his career grow.
