Student Prize Giving

The Annual Student Prize Presentation Ceremonies have taken place with accolades given to students to celebrate achievements during their studies. Awards have been presented to students for a variety of achievements such as highest grades, best industrial placement and achievement in the field of languages, as well as Services to the College. Each award is sponsored by a local or national business with prizes including trophies, vouchers, adventure activities, cash and a case of wine.

Two glittering Awards Ceremonies took place; the first for students in Higher Education saw 45 students take home prizes presented at the Birmingham Copthorne Hotel with a Going for Gold Olympic theme followed by a buffet supper in University College Birmingham's Atrium and Brassiere Restaurants.

A few nights later the Further Education Awards took place with 19 awards being given to students in a Hollywood glamour themed night held here at University College Birmingham.

University College Birmingham congratulates all of the winners on their hard work and deserved success and would like to wish them all the very best for the future.
