Support from UCB
At UCB, we pledge to support every one of you, wherever we can. Therefore, we offer additional support to make life that bit easier, from credit to buy resources to electronic tablets that allow you to access your work and resources on-the-go. Check out some of the extra support we offer:
The Kick-Start Scheme: Supporting Success at UCB
UCB will provide £300 credit to all UK, EU and Channel Isle undergraduate (and PGCE), full-time students, enrolling on a course in September 2018 (or after) who are paying fees at the £9250 rate. UK students with a household income of £25,000 or less (as assessed by Student Finance) will have a further £500 credit issued at the start of Semester 2. This money does not need to be paid back. This scheme (and criteria) will operate for each subsequent taught year of your programme (except if you repeat study). UCB is partnering with the John Smith Group, so that you can purchase a variety of resources, such as books and uniform using the voucher. More information will be provided on UCB’s website in due course.
Electronic tablets for Sports Therapy students
First year students studying BSc (Hons) or FdSc Sport Therapy will be provided with an electronic tablet preloaded with programme specific resources at the start of the first semester.
Electronic tablets for FdA Professional Studies in Childhood students
