Entry Requirements for students from Taiwan

Foundation Year 0 / International Foundation Diploma

Senior High School graduates will be required to do a Foundation Year 0 / International Foundation Diploma before progressing to a Bachelor Degree in the appropriate subject. For students with a good level of English (IELTS 5.0 or equivalent) Foundation Years in the appropriate subject will be suitable. For those with a slightly lower level of English (IELTS 4.5 or equivalent) the International Foundation Year will be recommended.

BA/BSc

Junior College Diploma holders will be considered for direct admission to the second year of an Undergraduate Degree programme. Stronger candidates may be considered for direct entry to the final year of an Undergraduate Degree programme.

Holders of the International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum of 24 points or A Levels obtained in Taiwan will be considered for direct admission to a first Degree programme.

MA/MSc

Applicants holding a Degree from a recognised institution will be considered for a place on a Masters Degree programme.
