Additional Financial Assistance

Extra help will continue to be available for specific categories of students, such as those with disabilities or family responsibilities.

These arrangements only apply to students who wish to study in England. Different arrangements apply for students in Wales or Scotland.

EU students will be liable for the same tuition fees as UK (home) students, and will also be able to defer payment until their programme of study has been completed.

Due to changes in Government policy, students already possessing a qualification at a level equivalent to, or higher than, the programme they intend to study at any University in England will not attract government funding subsidies. Students who fall into this category will therefore need to pay the full tuition fee for the programme. There are some important exemptions to this rule, please read our ELQ documentation .
