UCB MBA
The UCB MBA and the MBA (Hospitality and Tourism Pathway) are designed to meet the needs of early / mid career applicants who seek to acquire managerial and business skills and knowledge in order to become more effective and successful as strategic business leaders.
The focus of the studies is in either the general business enterprise context or more specifically in the context of hospitality and tourism industry activity, depending on the pathway taken.
At it's core, the UCB MBA seeks to:
-
Develop a working knowledge and understanding of the functions and their inter-relationships
-
Develop the structuring and understanding of complex business situations in order to apply functional knowledge effectively
-

The programme aims to develop critical thinking and reflection, through developing an understanding of complex current issues and new insights in professional practice. This has the aim of aiding in the deconstructing messy organisational problems, through the application of a range of conceptual thinking skills.
There are two programme commencement dates each year, in September and February.
