Professional Hospitality and Tourism Management FdA

This is a specialist part-time programme that is specifically designed for people with experience at a supervisory or managerial level in the Hospitality and Tourism industry. The programme contains technical modules such as Food, Beverage and Accommodation Theory, Exploring Services Management and Tourism Industry in Context, alongside core business modules such as Business Operations. Due to the many demands upon professionals within the industry, the programme has been developed to run over 5 semesters to help ensure a work life balance and provide greater support for part time students who undertake advancement with a Higher Education qualification.

The assessment regime has been designed to develop managerial skills relevant to the workplace. There will be an emphasis on research, problem solving, report writing, academic essay writing and presentation skills.

2.5 years Part Time One session per week, Wednesday (3pm - 8pm)
