Hospitality Management MA / PG Diploma
The focus of this programme is on the management and development of hospitality businesses within the contemporary global environment. Students examine the development of operations, however there is also a strong strategic thrust to the programme. The interrelationship between hospitality and tourism is explored, within the context of the future development of hospitality businesses.
