Hospitality and Tourism Management BA (Hons) Final Stage BA
The final stage of the Hospitality and Tourism Management programme adopts a strategic planning theme in which the future of hospitality and tourism activity can be assessed.
In addition to normal part-time study, a block release mode of study is also available where your teaching for each module of the programme is delivered in an intensive one week session at UCB. The study weeks run three times a year over two years. This block mode is also available in Hong Kong and The Maldives.
The programme reflects the varied nature of work undertaken by managers in the Hospitality and Tourism Industries and develops the technical specialisms associated with hospitality and tourism management within an overall framework for business and management disciplines. Successful students are eligible for membership of the Institute of Hospitality and may progress to the MA Hospitality Management, which is also available in part-time and block teaching modes.
