Food and Consumer Management BSc (Hons) Final Stage
This course is developed around a strong core of management and consumer studies which are vocationally directed. Whilst analysing the consumer environment in its widest definition, the degree studies allow for specialisation in areas such as food production, home economics, marketing, consumer services, public relations and the media. This final year of the degree programme focuses on the strategic management of food production, corporate responsibility and brand and retail development.
