Professional Studies in Integrated Services (Children or Young People) FdA
This programme is suitable for those working with children or young people in a variety of settings including, childminders and support staff in and out of educational settings ie: learning support assistants, teaching assistants, pastoral managers and mentors.
Initially, students who work with children and young people are taught together, however as students approach the end of their first year they are asked to select either the children or young people’s pathway to follow. As they enter year 2, the modules are then tailored to meet the different needs of the two age groups.
