The School is a leading provider of contemporary undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the fields of Hospitality, Food and Consumer and Events Management. The portfolio of Hospitality Management programmes reflects the diversity of the industry and provides opportunities for students to select a programme that matches their particular areas of interest. Students studying on Hospitality Management programmes normally undertake a one-year period of paid industry placement and the international reputation of the programmes offered by the School is reflected in the range of placements that are potentially available to students.
