The Catering Industry increasingly needs Culinary Arts Managers and Chefs with both a high level of technical skills and the ability to manage a catering operation or enterprise.
UCB's School of Hospitality, Food and Events Management is a leading provider of innovative undergraduate Degree and Foundation Degree courses in Culinary Arts Management; with well developed links with industry guiding the design and delivery of the programmes.

These Culinary Arts Management Degree and Foundation Degree courses have been designed to enable students to enter employment with the potential of making an immediate contribution to the effectiveness of the organisation.
There is an opportunity to undertake a range of additional technical qualifications during their course of studies.
Both the FdA and BA Culinary Arts Management courses have a compulsory 48 week placement after Year One.
Former students are now employed as Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Restaurant Managers and in food and beverage sales and marketing positions, in event catering, catering recruitment and in many other positions.
