Course Content
This programme is designed to enable you to learn about the Travel and Tourism Industry with an emphasis on practical, work-related projects and assignments. You will develop skills that will help you to start or progress your career and/or continue your studies into Higher Education.
Assessment
You will mainly be assessed through coursework assignments and projects, some of which will involve visits.
Progression to Higher Education
Students successfully completing this programme can progress onto a Foundation Degree or Degree in Tourism Business Management or Adventure Tourism Management, also available at University College Birmingham.

Travel and Tourism is an ever growing and changing industry and career opportunities exist in retail travel, passenger transport and tourist attractions, or as airport ground staff or holiday representatives.
