Level 3 Diploma Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Skills

Course Content

The aim of this programme is to provide you with the advanced skills necessary to become a competent and employable restaurant supervisor. The College has two training restaurants serving the general public, all food service courses are organised around practical experience within this real working environment.

Assessment

As with all NVQ programmes, you will be assessed on a continuous basis within a realistic working environment. You will be asked to collect a portfolio of evidence to be certified by your assessors.

Career Opportunities

On completion of this course you could have the opportunity to work in some of the most prestigious hotels – both in the UK and overseas. Opportunities also exist for possible employment on cruise ships, resort hotels and within the Leisure industry. Many of our students have progressed onto supervisory and management positions within the hospitality sector.

Progression to Higher Education

On successful completion of the programme students can progress onto the Foundation Degree / Degree Hospitality Business Management or Hospitality Food Management offered by UCB.
