Level 2 and 3 Hairdressing

Course Content

This programme will give you a strong foundation for a career in hairdressing with a recognised qualification.  Additionally you will benefit from training in our superb City Centre salons.

Assessment

As with all our Further Education programmes you'll be assessed on a continuous basis within a realistic working background.

Progression to Higher Education

Students successfully completing Level 3 can progress on to the Foundation Degree or Degree in either Salon Management, Sports Therapy, Spa Management with Hospitality or Specialist Hair and Media Make-Up, all available at UCB.

Career Opportunities

Employment within a hairdressing salon or work in more specialised areas such as photographic studios, hair clinics and holiday resorts.  Travel opportunities also exist for those seeking employment on cruise liners or in hotels and health resorts worldwide.
