Complementary Therapies ITEC Level 3 Diploma
Course Content
This one year course will provide the skills required to communicate with the client and plan and deliver treatments. Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene; anatomy and physiology; consultation techniques and the common effects and techniques of massage, aromatherapy and reflexology will be covered in order to become a Complementary Therapist.
Progression
Students who successfully complete the Diploma can progress on to the BA/FdA in Salon Management or the BA/FdA Spa Management with Hospitality at University College Birmingham.

Employment within hairdressing and beauty salons, fitness centres and health hydros. Travel opportunities also exist for those seeking employment on cruise liners or hotels and health resorts worldwide.
