The College of Food at UCB has teamed up with award winning, Opus Restaurant , to offer a Culinary Masterclass cookery day and dinner experience. If you're a keen cook or have a special 'foodie' friend we will take you on a culinary journey to turn market produce into an impressive three course menu fit for a dinner party.
What's involved?
The day starts at 9.30am in the College’s impressive, industry training kitchen where participants learn to prepare a three course menu like a professional under the guidance of top chef lecturers. Finish time is around 4.30pm.
Then, in the evening, it’s time to cast aside your apron and relax with your fellow chefs over a fantastic four course dinner with wines at Opus Restaurant, just around the corner from UCB .
What is the cost?
£160, which includes the cookery day, a 'Culinary Masterclass' apron and the dinner at Opus. You are welcome to invite a friend to join you for dinner for an additional cost of £50.
