Theme Nights

Held in the Brasserie Restaurant they are fun and provide excellent value entertainment.

Organised by our Hospitality Higher Education students in the Autumn and Spring terms, the events combine a specially-designed theme menu and drinks, often with live entertainment.

The events help the students to prepare for managerial roles in hotels and restaurants so you can expect a totally professional approach.

Themes vary from Salsa, Wild West, Bollywood and jazz and blues to a night at the races.

Theme nights will return Autumn 2010.
