Thursday and Friday - £21 for 2 courses - £24 for 3 courses

Sample menu:

Starters:

  • Beetroot tart, salt and vinegar caramel, goats curd, wild rocket salad
  • Chicken ballotine, pistachio mousse, green bean salad, quail egg beignet, truffle mayonnaise
  • Pan seared curried scallops, coconut and coriander dahl, crispy braeburn apple, macadamia nut pesto
  • Panko crumbed halloumi, baby fennel, globe artichoke, sun-blushed tomato tempura, lemon coriander and caper vinaigrette
  • House smoked salmon, buckwheat pancakes, fromage blanc, avruga caviar

Mains:

  • Gressingham duck breast, glazed pear, confit savoy cabbage, fondant potato, sauce bordelaise
  • Pan fried seabass, creamed fennel, parsnip and rosemary puree, braised leeks, crab bon bon, champagne and chive veloute
  • Loin of venison, oxtail and squash risotto fritter, ragout of broad beans, peas and smoked bacon, sauce grand veneur
  • Seared spiced salmon, puy lentils, sweet potato gratin dauphinoise, crown prince and cumin puree, red wine reduction
  • Pot roasted pork fillet with prosciutto and sage, grilled polenta, chestnut mushrooms, buttered green beans, pommery mustard cream
  • Spinach and quail egg ravioli, roasted salsify, glazed asparagus, trompette de la mort, artichoke fondue
