Higher Education Open Day Timetable
This timetable outlines the activities that will be on offer and the approximate amount of time you will need to cover each one.
Subject Presentations/Seminars
We recommend you attend a presentation/seminar so please time your arrival to coincide with one of our presentations. Each presentation takes approximately 30-45 minutes and is followed by a tour of the College, which takes a further 30 minutes.
Visits to the Maltings (Student Accommodation)
The Halls of Residence are just 10 minutes walk away, however coaches will be leaving College at various points during the day. The return coach trip and tour of the accommodation takes approximately 45 minutes. Coach departure times are listed in Reception.
Admissions, Finance, Welfare and Accommodation - Information and Guidance
Representatives will be available for advice in the Atrium Restaurant.
Richmond House Spa
The gym, dance studio and the hair and beauty salons are based at Richmond House just around the corner from the Summer Row building. If you would like to visit, allow half an hour for a good look around.
Practical Demonstrations
Various demonstrations will take place during the day. You will find these whilst touring the facilities.
Student Guild
Current students will be on hand to talk to you about a wide range of societies and social clubs you can join as a student. They will be based in the 5th Floor Cafe.
If this is your first enquiry and you would like to book a place, please call 0121 693 5959 or email marketing@ucb.ac.uk
